Implementing the Process for Enabling Customers to Opt Out of Time-of-Use Pricing

The OEB initiated a consultation to enable customers on the Regulated Price Plan to opt out of time-of-use pricing.

LIEN submission (July 2020) on the Notice of Proposal to Amend the Standard Supply Service Code (SSSC) to enable electricity consumers on the Regulated Price Plan (RPP) to opt out of time-of-use prices and to elect instead to be charged on the basis of tiered pricing: https://www.rds.oeb.ca/CMWebDrawer/Record/682944/File/document
